Job Title: Sr. PowerBuilder Developer (3-4)

Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 Depending on experience
Description:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS or other technical Degree or equivalent experience…Masters Degree a++
- 3-5 years SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT experience
- Experience and understanding of object oriented analysis, design, and development techniques and practices
- Ability to facilitate technical brown-bags and to do the necessary research and preparation for the brown-bags
- Experience and understanding of object oriented analysis, design, design and development techniques and practices
- Experience and understanding with n-tiered or multi-tiered applications
- Experience with object oriented development languages and frameworks, particularly C#/.Net; however, Java/J2EE is also applicable
- Experience with SQL and relational database management systems, particularly Microsoft SQL server
- Experience with enterprise trade management platforms, PowerBuilder, web services and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA’s), design
patterns such as the Singleton pattern, the Façade pattern, the Abstract Factory Pattern and other patterns…experience with data modeling,
Test-driven development techniques and practices, and Modeling languages such as UML
Required Skills:
PowerBuilder, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL
Desired Skills:
C++/.Net or Java/J2EE
