Candidate Description: The candidate should possess B.Sc. (Computers) or BCA or equivalent with minimum of First Division and preferably 70% throughout the academic career. Should have good communication skills. Should be good at problem solving and programming skills. Completed the BCA / BSC Computers degree in 2004/2005. Ability to clearly understand objectives, articulate deliverables, and deliver results on time working within a team. Understanding of software development process and product's life cycle. Exposure to quality assurance testing of software applications a strong plus. Experience with test automation desirable, training in the use of tools such as Mercury Win Runner, Rational Team Test or Segue Silk a bonus.
