IFFCO requires following Trainees for its existing establishments or
future projects anywhere in India or abroad:-
1) Graduate Engineers
2) Masters of Computer Application (MCAs)
3) Chartered Accountants (CAs)
GRADUATE ENGINEERS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from recognised University/Institute
in the discipline of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical,
Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, Computer Science and Mining with
at least 60% marks. Candidates who have passed prior to 2003 need not
apply. Those appearing in final semester of degree in Engineering
having an aggregate of 60% marks in the previous semesters and
expecting their results by July, 2005 can also apply.
MCAs
Full Time Three Years Master's Degree in Computer Application (MCA)
with at least 60% marks from recognized University/Institute.
Candidates who have passed prior to 2003 need not apply. Those
appearing in final semester of degree in MCA examination having an
aggregate of 60% marks in the previous semesters and expecting their
results by July, 2005 can also apply.
Training Period:
The duration of training will be one year. Engineering Graduates will
be inducted as "Graduate Engineer Trainee" under Apprentices Act,
1961. MCAs and CAs will be inducted as "System Trainees" and
"Financial Management Trainees", respectively.
Compensation:-
(a) During training, stipend and other benefits will be paid as per
the Rules of the Society. Presently the stipend is approximatly
Rs.16,250/- p m.
(b) On successful completion of one year training, Mamagement has
discreation to absorb the candidate in IFFCO. If abosrbed the
candidate will be designated as Assistant Engineers/ Assistant Systems
Analyst/ Assistant Accounts Officer according to the discipline in the
pay scale of Rs.10750-300-16750 with starting Basic Pay of Rs.11,050/-
with usual Allowances / benefits.
c) The candidate who will be offered to join as traineee will have to
furnish a bond at the time of joining as per the rules of IFFCO
Selection Procedure:-
Short-listed candidates with Degree in Engineering and MCAs will be
required to appear for written Test at any of the centres filled, out
of the centres mentioned in the application form. Those qualifying the
written test will be called for personal interview.
Short-listed Chartered Accountants will be selected on the basis of
personal interview only. Short listing will be done based on marks
obtained.
