| 1. Aeronautical Development Agency is entrusted with the task of design and development of Tejas (Light Combat Aircraft). In addition to Programme Management, ADA has direct responsibility for many of the technical tasks of Tejas. It is also responsible for developing real time embedded software of complex electro, hydro, mechanical systems for fighter aircraft. Towards this objective, ADA is engaged in developing a number of design, manufacturing, flight software packages, their integration and independent verification & validation for meeting the stringent-requirements of an advanced combat aircraft like LCA. | | 2. To participate in the above tasks, we are in need of Scientists/ Engineers and Research Fellows in the following disciplines: | A. Scientist/Engineer C/D/E [ for design, development and testing of
Avionic System, Airborne Multi Mode Radar and Flight Control System ] Post | Scientist / Engineer C | Scientist / Engineer D | Scientist / Engineer E | | Age limit as on 1.7.05 | 35 years | 40 years | 45 years | | Basic Qualification | First Class B.E / B.Tech (E&C, E&E and Telecom)/ME or MS(Control Systems) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate | | Desirable Qualification | M.E / M.Tech / Ph.D (Electronics, Communications, Microwave Engineering / any other subject related to Radar Systems, Flight Control System or Flight Mechanics) | | Experience | Minimum 3 years of relevant experience after B.E / B.Tech | Minimum 7 years of relevant experience after B.E / B.Tech | Minimum 10 years of relevant experience after B.E / B.Tech | | Areas of Experience | i) Design, Development and Testing of real time embedded systems preferably airborne system. | | ii) Design, Development and Testing of sub systems of Airborne radar / Multimode Radar preferably with specific expertise in any of the following specialisations. | | iii) RF and Microwave systems ; Radar systems ( ground based / airborne / ship-borne) ; Digital Signal Processing hardware / software related to radar / communication systems; Algorithms related to radar tracking / data processing / data analysis; RF/Microwave power amplifiers; High Power supplies; RF / Microwave receivers; Antenna / Radome; Servo control steering / stabilization systems for Radar / Communication Antennae; Radar simulators (hardware / software based); Radar ground test rigs; Radar flight testing | | iv) Experience in flight mechanics and control systems, preferably related to fighter aircraft. | | Pay & Allowances | Rs 10000 325 15200 | Rs 12000 375 16500 | Rs 14300 400 18300 | ( plus allowances as applicable to Central Govt. employees ) |
