YOUNG ENGINEERS – GRADUATES / POST GRADUATES Company has different entry avenues for young engineers - as FOPEs*, Trainee EPC Engineers and as experienced engineers directly into cadres. CHEMICAL/ MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL/ INSTRUMENTATION / ENVIRONMENT/ METALLURGY/CIVIL Fresh Engineers (Year of Graduation – 2004 / 2005) – will be considered for the position of FOPEs (Field Operation & Panel Engineers) or ‘Trainee EPC Engineers’ – with 2 year training. Confirmation / Absorption will be at the end of 1 year.

Candidates will be required to appear for Written Tests (Aptitude test and Subject test) & Technical Interview. Compensation will match the Industry standards. Company follows a ‘Cost to Company‘method of payment offering substantial flexibility to the selected candidate, to choose his compensation package based on his own taxation and social needs.
