C++, CRM, 3 to 5 years, candidate should have worked on a CRM application using C++.  
C++/VC++/Win32/MFC/API - 4 to 7 – experience in working with device drivers would be of great advantage
Java Developer:  3 to 5 years of exp. Strong in Java, RDBMS, J2EE Servlet - GUI.

Note: People already in Hyderabad are most preferred.
