Candidates should have experience in formulating and implementing formalized processes and metrics. They should also have experience in software development / maintenance / implementation with at least one complete life-cycle preferably with onsite-offshore model. Implementation experience of CMM / CMMi / ISO, QMS management and Internal audits are a must. Candidates with CSQA / CSTE certification, training and facilitation skills and experience on ERP implementation and customization exposure will be preferred. | |
