Freshers Program 2005 Here's your chance. Recommend a friend, an associate, anybody you think fits… but get a smart
fresher on board. Give him or her a lucky career break. You could create a team of young minds
exuding gratitude and awaiting their turn to say thank you! If all that goodwill would make you
happy, then Mr. Barrie thought right.

Eligibility:
1. BE (Electronics / Computer Science stream) or MCAs who have passed out in 2005 with an
aggregate score of 60% across all semesters.
2. Possess good communication, analytical and team skills.

Rules:
1. All resumes need to be sent to the following mail ids:
freshers.bangalore@mphasis.com - For Bangalore-based candidates
freshers.mumbai@mphasis.com - For Mumbai-based candidates
2. Last date for sending resumes is 5th October 2005. No resumes will be entertained after this. 3. The short-listed candidates will receive an e-mail intimation to attend a written test to
evaluate basic aptitude and computer awareness.
4. Candidates who clear the written test will be called for Group Discussions, followed by
Technical/HR interviews.
5. Selected candidates will be required to join us by 17th October 2005.
6. The positions are based across Bangalore and Mumbai.

Note:
1. There will be no referral reward in case the referred fresher gets selected
2. Only Resumes received from MphasiS email id will be included in the evaluation exercise.
