How to attend?
Register online at [2]www.thehindu.com. Obtain your registration
acknowledgement, with
your unique registration number and get the printout to the
venue. Walk into the Fair and
meet prospective employers with at least 30 copies of your
resume.
The Process
* Inside the Fair, first, visit the stalls that offer suitable
positions and then visit the other stalls.
Candidates who visit the stalls will be short-listed by the
companies and sent for interviews or tests
at the venue itself. Successful candidates will be offered a
job.
* In case you are not able to spend time in all the stalls,
register at the stalls that you are interested in,
using your unique registration number. The database of all
registered candidates at a particular stall will
be handled over to the company concerned. This would enable
candidates who have not been met during
the Fair to have an opportunity to be called by the companies at
a later date.
What to expect at the Fair?
* Short listing of candidates, Interviews, Tests, Recruitment
and Employability Seminars.
* Coverage of a wide spectrum : Industries like BPO, IT, ITES
Telecom, Insurance, Manufacturing & Services;
functions like Sales&Marketing; Domestic as well as overseas

speak on topics like "How to attend a Interview",
"How to fine tune presentation skills", etc.
