Requirement 1:
L1 Support (CODE: ITC-L1)

UNIX / LINUX / Windows Administration experience
Strong Technical Skills in UNIX, Linux Server installations.
Must have hands on experience working with Windows 2000 & 2003 Server operating system.
Must have strong skills on networking concepts / technologies.
Knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle, Sybase, etc., is a must.
Some Exposure to Database Administration
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn new technologies.
MCP/ MCSE/ CCNA certification will be an added advantage

Experience : 2+ Years of experience for all the above positions
Job Overview
This position is responsible for providing prompt and courteous front-end technical support for customers including answering basic and/or complex questions on functionality and product usage and recreating customer problems
Key Responsibilities
Investigate technical problems to determine the root cause, research and answer customer questions, and provide other front-end technical support activities.
Learn and master CA products and related technologies to provide quality customer support.
Work with Senior Technical Support Specialists, Technical Support Specialists, Senior Technical Support Reps, Team Lead, support management, and Software Engineers to expedite resolution of customer issues.
Provide input to Development organization or Software Engineers on (possible) updates that are needed to ensure product or solution quality.
Work with customers to verify fixes supplied have resolved their problems.
Escalate customer issues to Software Engineer, Senior Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Specialist, Senior Technical Support Rep, Team Lead, or support management.
Perform problem recreations and bug verifications.
Perform QA testing on upcoming releases to learn new features and functions.
Perform beta support for assigned products.
The above requirement is for Voice Support (24*7 Shift) and hence communication skills have to be excellent
Try and look for candidates from Technical Support Centers – Handling Server Support.

Requirement 2:
C/C++ Developers (CODE: ITC-CDEV)

Excellent programming skills in C++ or C.
Hands-on experience with OOAD, Application Frameworks, Design Patterns and UML is essential.
Working knowledge of RDBMS such as Ingres/Oracle/DB2/ SQL-Server is a prerequisite.
Exposure to development environments on heterogeneous platforms such as Windows, Linux and various flavors of UNIX (Solaris, AIX or HP-UX) is a plus.
Any experience in Porting is definitely an advantage

2 - 6 Years of experience

Education:
MCA / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
Job Overview:
Successful candidates will develop next generation products in domains such as Enterprise Job Management, Software Life Cycle Management, Infrastructure Management, Storage Management & Security Management.

Requirement 3:

Quality Assurance Engineers (Automation Engineers / Automation Consultants) (CODE: ITC-QAAUT)
Able to write test scripts for QTP
Should have experience in testing and execute QTP Scripts
Comfortable with QTP best practices.
Able to use QTP for Java UI's, C++ Windows UI's & web based UI's
Knowledge of Good software engineering practices such as functions / parameterizations is essential
Should be aware of source control
Exception Handling/Debugging skills are must

Education: MCA / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech

Job Location: Hyderabad

Requirement 4:
Quality Assurance Engineers (CODE: ITC-QA)

Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++ or Java or TCL/TK or any other scripting language is must.
Ability to design, develop, and execute tests using automation tools such as WinRunner / Silk Performer or equivalent is a must.
Hands-on experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Web Servers, Application Servers and Database Servers is essential.
Debugging skills and white-box testing skills are a major plus.

Experience: 2 - 6 Years of experience

Education: MCA / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech

Job Location: Hyderabad

Successful candidates will test products, fixes and service packs; write and run automated test scripts and troubleshoot to identify causes of failures.

Requirement 5:
ITC - Java Developers (CODE: ITC-JDEV)

Excellent programming skills in core Java, J2EE Framework, JSP, Servlet, EJB, Struts, Junit, Cactus and Ant.
Hands-on experience with Application Servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere or Tomcat is a must.
Hands-on experience with OOAD, Application Frameworks, Design Patterns and UML is essential.
Working knowledge of RDBMS such as Ingres/Oracle/DB2 is a prerequisite.
Exposure to development environments on heterogeneous platforms such as Windows, Linux or various flavors of UNIX (Solaris/AIX/HP-UX) is a plus.

4 - 6 Years of experience

Education:
MCA / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech

Job Overview

Requirement 6:

Technical Writers (CODE: ITC-TW)
Experience in writing technical material.
Strong investigative abilities, such as an aptitude for discovering information when installing and using software.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills as well as the ability to succeed as an individual contributor
Ability to install and configure the software and use it to perform the functions described in the documentation
Strong experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Experience using content management / collaborative authoring tools a plus

Education:
Bachelors in English or Writing Degree Preferred. IT education a plus

Experience:
1+ Years of Relevant Technical Writing experience
