SKILL SET:

PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEERS - CATIA/ IDEAS
. 2+ experience with IDEAS skills, preferably from Automotive background.
. 2+ years experience with CATIA V4 / V5 skills.
PROGRAMMERS - .NET / C#
· At least 3 yrs of IT experience and 1-2 years in MS technologies programming.
· Good understanding of .NET Framework and Technically strong in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET & SQL Server
· ASP/COM/VB/COM+
· Should have working experience in building enterprise level applications.
DEVELOPMENT LEAD - .NET/C#
· Atleast 4yrs of Total exp and 2yrs in .NET Framework
· Should have workingexperience in building enterprise level applications.
· Good at C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET/Web Services/Remoting/Security/
· COM+/ Biztalk Server/ Share point portal
DEVELOPMENT LEAD / PROGRAMMERS - SQL
· At least 4 yrs of IT experience and 1-2 years in SQL Server programming.
· Good knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQL programming.
· Database Designing (Table and views developing)
· Data Import and Export. From Distributed Systems to SQL Server (DTS)
· Development of Business Logic at back-End using Stored Procedures, triggers and Cursors. Usage of Index and Query Tuning.
SQL PRODUCTION SUPPORT:
1. Hands on experience on T-SQL (Stored Procedures )
2. Should have prior development background with
a. Work exp in C#, ASP, ASP.net or C++
b. Knowledge on DHTML, XML
3. IIS Administration knowledge
4. Networking Skills
5. Very basic OS skills
a. Knowledge on DSN
b. Should be able to manage user groups
c. Knowledge on Active Directory
d. Clustering Knowledge (Not Mandatory)
6. Experience on Windows Administration.
7. Should have excellent troubleshooting skills
8. Excellent Communication skills
C,C++ DEVELOPERS / LEADS:
. 3 to 5 yrs exp in Object Oriented programming using C, C++ on Linux,Unix.
* Experience in NMS / SS7 Protocols.
* Experience in Telecom Domain is Mandatory.
TESTING :
1. Test Engineer:
3-5 yrs of total IT exp ( A minimum of 3 yrs is MANDATORY)
Black Box or White Box testing skills
Experience in Manual (SQL SERVER) and Automated Testing using Tools like WinRunner
Experience in MS Tech (Web based applications)
Experience in SQL Server (Any RDBMS/Back-End TESTING is MANDATORY)
2. Test Lead:
At least 5 yrs of IT experience and 1-2 years in team leading experience
Excellent Test Planning, Test Scripting, Test Execution and reporting skills
Experience in Manual (SQL SERVER) and Automated Testing using Tools like WinRunner
Good QMS awareness and implementation exp
Experience in MS Tech (Web based applications)
Experience in SQL Server (Any RDBMS/Back-End TESTING is MANDATORY)
Network / Unix / Solaris / Windows Administrators: (Diploma also qualifies)
Pls note that for this requirement BSc (Maths / Stats / Physics / Com Sci), BBA with Min 4 yrs of exp also qualify.
Direct hands-on experience on Network components like High end
Routers/Switches/hubs, experience on recent OS versions of HP UNIX and Sun
Solaris and SAN (certified – Preferable)
Should be able to setup, configure and manage high-end network infrastructure,
which would have services like VPN/ L2TP/PPTP and ODC’s with High end servers(SUN Fire 15k, HP)
Cisco certified network administrator professional - Preferable
Very good technical skills in different network protocols particularly TCP/IP
Familiarity with high-end servers (Sun and HP Unix and Windows) and storage.
Experience in Windows domains, Single Sign-on, ADS , DNS, DHCP, Firewall concepts
Installation and upgrade of hardware, OS and tools.
Knowledge of messaging in Lotus Notes and Citrix desirable.
Oracle ERP Applications

Techno-functional / Technical/Functional Consultants
· 2-6 years of experience in Oracle Applications E-Business Suite
· Thorough knowledge in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and AOL etc
· Strong experience in any of the below respective areas
o Distribution/Supply Chain Modules (OM/INV/PO/Pricing/APS)
o Discrete Manufacturing Modules (WIP/BOM/Costing)
o Process Manufacturing (OPM/MRP)
o Finance Modules (AP/AR/GL/CM/FA)
o Asset Management (EAM/EIB)
o Projects Modules (Costing/Billing)
Desirable - Implementation/Upgradation Experience in 1 or 2 Projects

- MCM with B.Sc only
- PGDIT ( 2 years full time & approved by AICTE)
- BSc with 3 yrs of exp (ONLY for SAP, Oracle Apps & Mainframe)
Consistent 60% academic record is a must.
Candidates interviewed by us in the last 6 months are not eligible.
Correspondence / Part time Courses do not qualify.
Gaps in Education / Career should not be more than 2 yrs (If any).
At least 50% of the Resource's Post Qualification experience should be relevant to IT or to the skill set that we are looking at.
Location - Should be willing to work in Hyderabad.
Should come to the interview along with a hard copy of their resume, copies of all mark sheets & the latest pay slip. The candidate would not be allowed to take up the evaluation, if he does not produce these documents on the day of his interview.
