- Very good understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts (including Design Patterns)

-Experience of any ERP (SAP, Baan, Marshall, Peoplesoft, JDE) is also acceptable.

-More than one year technical writing experience for a software product including end-user documentation.
-Demonstrated proficiency with documentation related tools such as Acrobat, Framemaker, and Microsoft office products.

PROJECT LEADERS/ DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS:
- Experience: 4years to 7years
- Programming knowledge of Java, J2EE, PL/SQL or VC++
- Experience in leading team of developers

-Experience in Oracles Logistics applications, which include Warehouse Management, Inventory, Shipping, RFID and Mobile Supply Chain Applications.
