Whom we are looking for?
Graduates/Post-Graduates (MCA / B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech) with good academic scores from reputed universities .

JAVA DEVELOPERS:
- Experience: 1year to 5years
- Strong experience in Core JAVA/J2EE.
- Very good understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts (including Design Patterns)
- Should have exposure to SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.

PL/SQL DEVELOPERS:
- Experience: 1year to 5years
- Excellent SQL, PL/SQL coding, debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Strong Oracle database concepts including advanced features in 8i & 9i.
- Experience in Oracle Applications preferred. Exposure to database design/modeling or administration is plus.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are a must.

FUNCTIONAL EXPERTS - MANUFACTURING:
- Experience: 2years to 6years
-Strong functional experience in Process & Discrete Manufacturing, Manufacturing and Supply chain, Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics, Field Service, PLM.
-End user/Testing/Implementation/Working knowledge of Oracle applications preferred.
-Experience of any ERP (SAP, Baan, Marshall, Peoplesoft, JDE) is also acceptable.

TECHNICAL WRITER:
-More than one year technical writing experience for a software product including end-user documentation.
-Demonstrated proficiency with documentation related tools such as Acrobat, Framemaker, and Microsoft office products.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts concisely and effectively

PROJECT LEADERS/ DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS:
- Experience: 4years to 7years
- Programming knowledge of Java, J2EE, PL/SQL or VC++
- Experience in leading team of developers
- Experience in product development is an added advantage

PRODUCT MANAGERS:
-Experience: 4years to 8years
-Minimum 3years of experience in PLM functional, implementation experience. Must have worked on one or more PLM applications, such as Matrix One, Team Center Engineering & Enterprise, Windchill, Agile, eNovia, SAP PLM, Oracle PLM and likes.
-Experience in Oracle’s Logistics applications, which include Warehouse Management, Inventory, Shipping, RFID and Mobile Supply Chain Applications.
