1) C#, .Net Senior Developers with 3 to 5 yrs of exp. A minimum of 2 yrs
of
hands on exp in C# is mandatory
2) Test Leads with 4 to 6 yrs of exp.
- Managerial experience in leading a team ( minimum period of 2 years).
This should involve Planning, effort estimation, team interaction, and
preparing reports and updates
- Test Co-ordination - should have interfaced with the client and teams
across regions
- Manual Testing/Automation Testing (minimum period of 2 years)
- Excellent Communication skills
3) Manual Testers with 2 to 4 yrs of exp
- 2+ Manual Testing experience
- Defect management
- Excellent analytical and communcation skills
- Optional knowledge of Automated tools (like WinRunner, LoadRunner )
4) J2EE Team Leads with 4 to 6 yrs of exp
- Proficiency in EJB, JSP and Servlets is mandatory
- Proficieny in Websphere or Weblogic or any of the Application Servers
is
mandatory
- Should have led a team
- Excellent Communication Skills
5) J2EE Architects with 5 to 8 yrs of exp
- Proficiency in EJB, JSP and Servlets is mandatory
- Proficieny in Websphere or Weblogic or any of the Application Servers
is
mandatory
- Exposure to Banking Domain is highly desirable
- Excellent Communication Skills
6) Java Developers and Senior Developers with 2 to 5 yrs of exp
- Good Java experience
- Good communication skills
- Oracle / DB experience
7) Core Java Team Leads and Project Leads with 4 to 7 yrs of exp.
- Must be analytically strong, must come up the curve quickly to
understand
a huge/complex framework
- Must have good communication skills in order to be able to handle
clients
directly
- Must have led a team
