Testing :
* 2-5 year of experience in Software Testing
* 1-1.5+ year experience in Autmated testing Tools (Winrunner/Loadrunner/Jmeter) is a MUST
* Familiarity with actual design of test scripts & test cases not just record and playback
* Strong knowledge of client/server environment
* Familiarity with the complete software development Life Cycle.
* Experience using additional database (Preferably Oracle, SQL server, DB2 & Informix)
* Knowledge of Java & HTML is preferred
* Additional experience in developing N-Tier application technology is preferred
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, Supply Chain / ERP systems would be a plus.
AS 400 :
* 2-5 year of experience with full Life-Cycel development using RPG/400
* ILERPG/RPG IV and ILECL including heavy client interaction
* Heavy subfiles experiences and good knowledge on Relation Database Systems
C++ :
* 2-6 years of experience in developing C++ Code (with any RDBMS) in UNIX/LINUX and or NT environments
* Knowledge in OOAD and UML concepts preferred
* Good to have skillset : XML/Java
* Experience in developing Ntier applications
* Very good communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Priority - Management skills
* Quick learning ability
