Planning, execution, tracking status reporting, participating in customer calls for the project. Duties & Responsibilities: - Establish baseline requirements for the project with the Client and develop final estimates & schedule.
- Ensure project kick-off and initial planning as per client methodology.
- Plan for all aspects of the project using the 3-stage planning process. Review the project plan with the client.
- Assist the project team in carrying out all SDLC activities. Ensure client sign-offs are obtained on time.
- Track all aspects of the project – scope, schedule, effort, staff, SCM, risks, issues etc. Identify corrective and preventive actions if the project performance deviates from the plan. Re-plan the project accordingly.
