3-8 yrs experience in Storage Management
The candidate should have good knowledge on Management of SAN / NAS across multi vendor products (EMC / HDS / IBM / HP etc.).

2-4 years of relevant work experience in a technical call center
Understanding of desktop and Desktop Applications with knowledge on Microsoft Applications.
Network operations centre (NOC)
2 + yrs of experience in any NOC monitoring with exposure to Mainframe Monitoring.
