Off-Campus Referral Program

SDC requires Twelve Freshers as Software Engineer (Trainees). Of these 8 will be deployed as
developers and 4 as Testing professionals.
Please refer immediately your friends/acquaintance who would be interested in joining us.
The eligibility criteria for the positions are given below:
Graduates of 2006 / 2007 batches from regular colleges (not through distance education) with 75%
marks and above
BE (Comp Science / ECE ) or BTech (IT)
or
M.Sc (Comp Science), MBA (Systems) or MCA
No outstanding or arrears.
Please don’t refer candidates who don't meet the above qualification criteria.
Short-listed candidates will be called for a Written Test in Aptitude, English and Computer Science,
followed by an Interview. The test date will be announced later.
All profiles would need to be referred by associates within our organization and should be known to
you directly.
Resumes received from LP & above and support groups (RMG/Recruitment Team/HR/Finance) will not be
considered.
The selected candidate would be required to sign a surety bond with eFunds for a minimum period of 2
years.
The last date of resume submission will be 18th July 2007 by COB. Please note that referral bonus
will not be applicable to this position.
