TECHNO COMMERCE EXECUTIVE (SENIOR POSITION)

Experience: 3-6 Yrs

Job Profile: The incumbent should be a computer graduate with excellent communication (Written and oral), and strong interpersonal skills. A strong Marketing Experience in Information Technology in both International/National level and client Management. Knowledge of Proposals, demonstrations, Presentations, and acumen to initiate business opportunities will be preferred. Travel abroad will be part of job as required. He should have an experience in pre-sales, direct marketing preferably in HEALTH CARE industry. A stamped US business visa would be an added advantage.

PROJECT MANAGER

 A large growing Health care IT solutions focussed MNC  with worldwide installations and clients, is looking for a seasoned experienced Project Manager who can operate in a development center/Client side Remote environment with good  approache for ensuring proper delivery, client Managment,project scheduling, delibeires scheduling and with adequate test coverage by utilizing the available resources effectively. Following would be the responsibilities:

A Proven track record of 4-8 years in handling International Projects Domestic projects of large nature, with core expertise in handling  VB,DOT NET, Visual Studio, SQL server/Oracle as back end and windows based applications. Knowledge of MS project, Project tracking, QC and QA Testing experience, Technical proposal preparations, and Team management will be desirable.  Knowlegde in similar industry works willl be preferrred.

- Management Leadership and Skills - Managed medium sized to large teams, has the ability of getting the things done with experience in managing managers.
It's very important to delegate the work with focus to take on more responsibility, manage large number of people by maintaining a good communication with the teams. Has motivational ability and knows how to lead.  Has the knowledge of management practices like people management, proactive management, knows how to identify/resolve issues with good judgment skills.

- Proactive in getting things done; meeting quality goals, schedules. Has a strong bias for action. Understands the concepts of action plans, recovery plans and removing obstacles preventing progress.

- Understands testing methodologies, assurance practices, and processes and can demonstrate and explain them.

- Knows the value of customer satisfaction.

- Top performer who has a solid track record of good and related qualifications.
