Skills: Networking experience (0-3 years)--If Freshers then CCNA or MCSE certification is a must.
Education: BCom/BSc/BCA/BE/BTech/MCA/MTech
Voice based networking position will involve working in global shifts(24X7).
Good communication an added advantage.
