  Role Details: Configuring, Administering, maintaining & troubleshooting Win 2000/2003. Web server Administration. Backup and restore. Conducting timely and effective root cause analysis. Daily maintenance, monitoring servers, maximize availability and address issues related to Disaster Recovery. Patch and security configuration compliance. IIS/Apache   Administration, ADS, Arc Serve, Windows 2000/2003 Clustering,SAN, Exposure/Knowledge of NETAPPS,  MCSE Certification. Should have good communication skills and be willing to work in the shift.  



  Title : Senior System Administrator - Windows

Problem management and issue resolution. Conducting timely and effective root cause analysis. Daily maintenance, monitoring servers, maximize availability and address issues related to Disaster Recovery. Patch and security configuration compliance. Level 2 (Win 2000/2003 System Administration, IIS/Apache Administration, Microsoft Application Center, Microsoft Operations Manager, & Windows 2000/2003 Clustering, SAN, Exposure/Knowledge of NETAPPS,  MCSE Certification. Should have good communication skills and be willing to work in the shift.  



  Title : Technical Specialist – Windows Administration

  Role Details: Design, best practice development, Server architecture and designing, Customization ,develop in-house training programme and conduct internal trainings, configure storage devices and install back-up software’s like Veritas etc, L2 in an application on Windows like Web sphere, Exchange etc.. Security Audit on Serve r OS.. Performance Tuning . Capacity Planning . Defining backup Policy. Patch feasibility study. Security Policy definition for Server . Escalated Root Cause Analysis Excellent communication skills Should have experience working in a call center environment Installation Configuration and basic troubleshooting, part replacement, installation of backup tools like Arc Serve etc and exposure to any of the server monitoring tools together with the following: OS hardening. Implementing Changes.
SAN, Exposure/Knowledge of NETAPPS,  MCSE / MCP Certification.
Should have good communication AND Man Management skills and be willing to work in the shift. Must be handling a team of Windows administrators.
