Ø Is responsible for providing risk management support to Delivery Managers and Project Managers, and administrative assistance to the Risk Manager. Ensuring that the central risk registers are kept up to date., Communicating assumptions and risks as required Reviewing and reporting on assumptions and risks within the programme. Ensuring that mitigation actions are identified and, through regular reviews, implemented.
Ø Arranging Risk Review Boards and ensuring documentation is prepared. Involvement in quality control checks on new assumptions and risks. Experience of working in a project environment. Awareness of project management disciplines. Good working knowledge of: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project.

Ø Activities are to process and track both internal and customer raised Change Requests. Analytical skills required to determine who needs to impact the Change Request from a technical perspective and to deal with any issues that may arise.
Ø Also need to be fully conversant with the case to provide assistance and updates to Project Managers, Business Managers, Senior Management and the customer. Can do impact analysis. Be able to track work through a process. Familiar with the individual steps in the development lifecycle.
Ø Experienced in writing analytical and process documentation. Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Ø Perform baseline audits and provide feedback to the organization on efficiency of defined standards and procedures.
Ø Support process maturity by developing CfM practice within the Programme to meet the requirements of CMMI Level 3. Understanding of ABCD Risk Management methodology.
