Total IT experience of minimum 5 years out of which minimum experience of 3-4 years is desirable on Requirement/GAP Analysis, Solution Design and Customer Interfacing development activities.
Telecom domain experience with expertise/ knowledge on minimum one of COTS products in either Fulfilment, Assurance, Networking or Billing
Experience in 1 – 2 complete system implementation in telecom domain.
Understanding of OSS/BSS / eTOM / SID framework
Advanced knowledge of workflow in telecom operation.
Ability to handle ambiguity & coordinate between multiple components to gain agreements
Environment Specialist
OS Admin (Unix, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Linux, MS Windows NT, MS Windows 2003,), Oracle DBA, Web Server Admin (IIS, Weblogic, Websphere)
Quality Consultants
4-7 years experience in CMM/CMMi Level 4 / 5 organizations in Quality Assurance, SEPG and Metric Program. Exposure to project management & metrics program is mandatory. Six Sigma / CSQA / PMP / ITIL / CISA certified candidates would be preferred. Graduate/Post graduate in Software Engineering may also apply.

Buddy walk -in guidelines
a. Candidate should carry a hard copy of the resume at the venue. On the top right side of the resume mention the name of the employee and his / her employee number. invitation mail from Tech Mahindra Employees. Request all to send CV’s to buddy@techmahindra.com in specified format.
b. Candidate should carry last month salary slip, passport size photograph and passport details.
c. Candidates with skills which are not advertised will be asked to submit the hard copies at the venue. Only candidates whose skills whose skills and experience match the requirements advertised will be allowed to attend the recruitment process.
d. The employee should know the person referred personally or professionally.
e. Candidates who don’t have details of the buddy mentioned on the hard copy of the resume & do not carry invitation mail from buddy will not be covered under buddy scheme
Eligibility Criteria for:
a. All employees on rolls of the organization can refer/contribute towards the Buddy Scheme.
b. All employees on direct contract rolls of Tech Mahindra can refer/contribute towards the Buddy Scheme.
c. CV validity for buddy CV’s is 6 months as per process. if CV is already exiting in database through any other sources then credit will go to 1st source only. In such we will inform concerned employess within 2 weeks of selection / offer
c. Employees of Human Resources, PSD, ESG and employees in the Grades G5 and above are eligible to participate in this scheme, but will not be covered under Buddy Reward scheme.
