CCNA, CCSA, PIX/Check point certification is mandatory. Should be well versed with VLAN, VPN, VOIP, NMS etc. Installation /Configuration /Troubleshooting of Cisco Products like L2 Switches, Routers, Should have good Exposure on Security products like Cisco Pix, Net screen, Fire walls is a MUST.

02 | | | | Role Details: | Technical expert responsible for IT Service delivery at our large customer sites. He will be individually responsible for executing Project / Implementation / Delivery & trouble shooting activities. He will be measured on Key Results areas like Customer satisfaction, SLA norms like Response / Resolution time etc on LAN/WAN & security products, Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of High end routers, switches and Voice Products.( Switches 4500 - 7600), (router - 7200,7600, 7500, 3700). He will be expected to provide Technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems; sharing the technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met.
CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, PIX/Check point certification is mandatory. Should be well versed with Network Monitoring Activities thru NMS. Installation /Configuration /Troubleshooting of Cisco Products like L2/L3 Switches, Routers, exposure on Security products like Cisco Pix, Net screen, Fire walls is a MUST.
